Econofoods in Three Rivers Mall,its the 3rd time i buy their 60 eggs,and I've never till to this date encountered a rotten egg like of other shops.The eggs were all fresh and comes in different sizes,the pricing is also reasonable 60 eggs for R129,thank you econofoods for being considerate to fellow South Africans

Ordered at just before 8am. Placed 2 orders for 2 different addresses. Its 17.38, both have not arrived. The 2nd order - the people now had to leave as they waited for the whole day for the order to arrive. First order i am still waiting and the cut of was 5pm. Pathetic service

There is a glitch on their online store. Reported it more than a week ago. Still no response. Not even a reply. Specials advertised not always available online, you send an email. No response. What is the use of online shopping? Get your act together Econofoods Rustenburg.

I, Randall hereby would like to forward a customer complaint towards Simone RondGanger,working at EconoFoods Cleary Park,Port Elizabeth Branch. On Sunday,11 May 2025 I was shopping at EconoFoods Cleary Park at the butchery section. I was helped by Simone RondGanger,working at the butchery section in EconoFoods Cleary Park Upon placing my order, I was very sarcastically and rudely answered by Simone RondGanger, to the point when she said to me that she is finishing off at EconoFoods in July this year in any case. I was very surprised by her comments and told her not to be rude with me, since I’m supposed to be the customer here. I were even told by her fellow colleagues that I was not the only customer that’s been complaining about her rude attitude towards customers. I really hope that EconoFoods Cleary Park will do drastic steps against her, since she quickly ruining the branches reputation with her rude attitude.

I'm very upset!! First thing when I approached the cashier to make my payment the cashier asked me what's wrong with my nose ( I had a medical procedure that left a mark on my nose) it has absolutely nothing to do with anyone whatsoever if this is the service your giving your clients you won't see me again!!! It's sad to see people judge on people's looks 😕

We order from Econofoods every month and recently they switched over to a different delivery system which unfortunately for us, left us out of the radius for deliveries!! We received an email from them stating we are being missed .... we rep**** rather harshly that it was due to the radius issue that we were no longer ordering from Econofoods, Vanderbijlpark. Not a day later, we receive a call from the Manager, Ruan Rossouw, apologising for the deliver dilemma and assuring us of their best efforts to ensure we receive any delivery in future. Well done we are hugely impressed and will definitely make use of this service again as we love their products and quality of the frozen foods as well.

Placed an order with Econofoods on Monday the 30th September 2024. Got call from them yesterday morning to tell me that their bakkie was sent in for repairs and they can deliver it today. I said its fine I understand but that they need to pls make sure that they deliver it today. I had to call them to ask them where my order was today. A very rude store manager named Nicole answered and said that it won't be delivered today that the bakkie is still at the repair shop. I then told her I will ot be inconvenienced again today and they they need to make a plan to get my order to me. She told me that's not gonna happen and that she doesn't have a car so what am I going to do?? I told her I was promised it will be delivered today and I had to call them.to find out where my order was, she literally kept quiet and didn't answer me. I handed the phone to my husband because I was.loosing my cool with her, bearing in mind it's not the 1st time I have a bad experience with them. The first time was also delivery issues. This store manager was so rude, no customer service skills and no way of speaking to her customers. She was rude to my husband as well!!! Up until now we have no updates to when we will get our order and no one is able to give us their head office contact number, there is a 051 number on the website that just rings. Please don't order online from econo foods, their service is disgusting to say the least!!!! They are rude and have no customer service etiquette. Their is always delivery and stock issues. This will definitely be my last order from them!!! I AM DISGUSTED!!!!!
