If you'll close earlier why not change your times according to the website and the National consumer Act. Thank you so much for ruining my bday. I would not recommend this branch or franchise to anyone
Ordered at just before 8am. Placed 2 orders for 2 different addresses. Its 17.38, both have not arrived. The 2nd order - the people now had to leave as they waited for the whole day for the order to arrive. First order i am still waiting and the cut of was 5pm. Pathetic service
Ordered a pizza at 18.33. At 19.07 it’s still not ready. This is not the first bad experience I have experienced with them. They busy talking and making chit chat and I still not received my order. How pathetic

I called FNB Connect because i wanted to make a payment for my FNB connect as the debit order didnt go through. The FNB Connect agent Khanyiso Dlamini was rude and arrogant when i asked him to speak to a supervisor or manager. the person said he worked remotely and they dont have access to such. Why does FNB have a call centre for Connect if they dont have access to anything. Really disappointed with his attitude and behaviour
The rate of the customer service at Mochachos Northgate is really pathetic. We always order from Mochachos and order the Family Variety where we ask for 2 legs. Andile thevery rudely said they don't do it and when we say that it has been done at your other branches, he said very arrogantly well this one doesn't and he said we can go ahead and report him. Your employees need to remember that without customers, mochachos wouldn't be operating. Customer service is very important and now in front of the customers he's even refusing to give his full name. When I went to speak to himabout his level of service he refused to let me speak.
Last weekend my family decided to have milky lane from the cart. Instead of charging R75 for the ice cream I was charged R750. Then this weekend we decided to come sit down and I ordered vat one bar one sundae without the peppermint. I had to return it 3 times and each time the waiter was screaming at me and being very arrogant. Customer service is supposed to be key but none of that at Milky lane Clearwater
On the 14th of February 2022, Mary from VVM contacted me to provide me a discounted settlement amount for my Vodacom Account. The discounted amount was R2910,86. She advised that i would get my paid up letter thereafter. My last instalment was in April 2022. To date, i still have not received my paid up letter. I contacted them again today, and spoke to Nhlanhla Qwabe who was arrogant, who clearly did check her notes on the system, where if she had she would have seen the offer provided to me by Mary. Is VVM pocketing the money its collecting from the public and is this just 1 big scam. VVM needs to check their recordings from the 14 Feb 2022 and provide me with my paid up letter as in yesterday
Mochachos Ferndale on Republic. Worst service ever. U are told you'll get your food in 25min. 25 min come then you told you will wait 5 min. 5min passes and you wait a further 30 min. Worse service ever. If u want to wait until next year for your meal u must order here. Pathetic service
