Defy is a waste of your money
Fridge nearly a year old. Water everywhere, a dam underneath the crisp drawer, underneath the fridge, panels and drawers always wet and so are all the contents in the fridge. Technician inspected the fridge and called Defy. According to Defy it's the design nothing can be done. So they expect me to be thrilled. I purchased a fridge to keep the contents cold not wet. I definitely don't recommend anyone buying a defy product. It's not value for money. Its poorly designed.

Poorest customer service
Standard bank customer service is absolutely pathetic. Please send your employees for a course in customer service. Or employ individuals who actually want to deliver a service.

Econofoods Rustenburg pathetic service
There is a glitch on their online store. Reported it more than a week ago. Still no response. Not even a reply. Specials advertised not always available online, you send an email. No response. What is the use of online shopping? Get your act together Econofoods Rustenburg.

Submit prescription yesterday for blood pressure medication. Send emails to the careline. No response. No delivery. No feedback whatsoever. Pathetic service. Will definitely not recommend. The app is useless.

Defy poor quality, pathetic service
Purchased the Defy fridge cash, Not even 2 months old and the door rubber is tearing behind the door handle. Send email to them, complain on the website and still no response from them. What pathetic service. Stay away. Poor quality and poor after service.

Eagle clothing poor quality
Bought a parka jacket in May 2023. After first wash it discoloured. I send them images that clearly shows the discolouration. Received a email fromJP vd Merwe accusing me of washing the item with other garments. A ***x large thick parka jacket???? Not trying to resolve the issue. Just make you the lair. Be very careful where you buy . No customer care at Eagle clothing. Will definitely not recommend them.

Vodacom useless
Vodacom app useless. Worked just fine until couple days ago. Cant access the app. Lots of errors. Only get useless feedback. Uninstall app. Re install. Didn't work.. only worse now. Vodacom you are absolutely useless. Customer care cant even fix this. Why ????? Terrible!!!!
