Professional Assistance to a customer by manager
Bought toughees school shoes at Edgars Three Rivers Mall,after 18 days the right shoe was cracked,took the shoes back cleaned them,as per their terms and conditions and that of toughees.They were used for their purpose and well taken care of,under 3months as per store,and under the 6months guarantee as per Toughees.Met with the manager shown the shoes and explained,and i was assisted professionally so,and exchange granted got a new pair of toughees again. #Blackfriday

Just a happy customer
Econofoods in Three Rivers Mall,its the 3rd time i buy their 60 eggs,and I've never till to this date encountered a rotten egg like of other shops.The eggs were all fresh and comes in different sizes,the pricing is also reasonable 60 eggs for R129,thank you econofoods for being considerate to fellow South Africans

Clicks in Three Rivers Vereeniging,that shop and its employees are thee best,been a customer for 10 years since i relocated this side,they're always helpful whenever one needs assistance,the pharmacists are out of this world,they explain thoroughly if one needs medication for a specific conditon or symptoms,keep up the good work,through the store needs a little bit of space is too small. #Blackfriday

LOUD MUSIC PLAYED IN THE SHOP
First time shopping at Sportscene Markpark in Vereeniging town,the service wasn't that bad,but LORD the level of noise made by their speaker!!! The music was extremely loud to a point whereby I almost left,I ended up buying only one item and went to the nearby shop for sneakers,couldn't even answer the phonecalls while in the shop,please consider lowering your music down,most Sportscene I've been to that's their trend,even the one by Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark.The music is extremely loud.

Not an honest dealer with poor management
I bought a car via finance at hyundai the glen,the year 2023/December.Struggled to get my spare key,vehicle disc and license plates. Then comes the year 2024/December the license disc was due for renewal,and i discovered the shock of my life. The vehicle current registration wasn't the one appearing on the system,but different and worse from another province,i had to submit required documents,and change my license plates and pay for its installation. I then notified the dealership of their error on the vehicle registration,which by then was done by the dealership. I requested for a refund,as i explain the reason for such to the new manager,but she just didn't care at all.She just asked for my cellphone numbers and promised to call me back,till to date she never did. Hyundai The Glen isn't the dealership i would recommend to anyone,they neglect their customers.

My annual review was due today,and requested a callback from Budget insurance,and i was phoned back by Lesego whom assists me with patience and understanding. And I've been with Budget insurance with my previous vehicle and i was always a happy customer,they keep in touch and render the promised services. Halala Budget insurance!!! Halala!!!
