Refund on payment and incorrect information given to the customer. I bought a part at Hyundai the Glen, only to discover it was incorrect called the dealership informed them of the matter and was advised to return it for a refund. The part was returned on the 7th February 2026, when I called the store today to enquire as to when should I expect my refund. I was informed that Head Office is responsible for realizing payments, the branch is not sure when refund will be paid and I was promised a call back after the branch has enquired as to when I will get my refund, I took the liberty to call Head Office to find out the process, to my surprise the information provided to me was incorrect everything is done at dealership level nothing goes to Head Office regarding refunds. How could a customer be misinformed regarding processes and I am paying for storage were the car is and the mechanic is getting impatient with me as I need those funds to proceed with fixing my car.

My parents bought the first car in 2021 from this dealership and it was a nightmare to deal with when the car had mechanical problems. Fast forward to 2023 they convinced them to trade in and that car also had the same problems. They took the car to the dealership at 8am and after my dad waited 8 hours they only told him they can’t figure out what the problem is. We spoke to Philemon about us getting a curtesy car and he told us that the dealer principal is at a conference in Sun City and he is the only person that can authorise that. God forbid he is hospitalised and I guess nobody will be assisted with a curtesy car. I wonder why such a big company does not have a second in charge. This week the same dealer principal is in meetings since Monday. They don’t call to update if we do not call them. They might have changed Management but the service is still as horrible as it was before if not worse. The service we received is poor

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. My girlfriend is having problems with her new Grand i10 they’re giving her hard times fixing the car. If you’re interested in getting a Hyndai car think again about that because there will be a time you will be required to uber to get from one point to another.

But Thulani’s patience, understanding, and honesty made all the difference. He didn’t treat me like just another customer he guided me with transparency and made sure every step worked in my best interest. I could have received my car sooner, but because I was honest with him about the first deal, he worked tirelessly to secure an even better one. If you’re buying your first car, Thulani at The Glen is definitely the person you want by your side. When I finally drove my car home, he told me, “Our relationship starts today and lasts until the end of days.” That reassurance meant everything. Three weeks later, I’m living my dream all thanks to Thulani(The Glen) ❤️

I called and booked my partner's car in for service. When he went there, Naomi told him she doesn't service Moove cars after it was confirmed upon booking that the car that's being booked for is a Moove car. The lady was very rude, screaming, shouting(saying things like remove this thing, which is the car that was booked in), their brand is the Hyundai brand, and even chasing him away, causing a scene in front of other people. All this is happening after having found him parked at the gate and first in line. She even **** about having/getting the car washed after they finishedd working on it,but the car was still the same way it came in. To top it all off, she didn't give paperwork of what was done to the car.
