I was at shoprite in Alberton City this morning, whereby I was assisted by this rude cashier Monene Angelina Mogashoa. I had a R200 note to buy 2 slices of cheese and ham. The nerve of asking me why am I buying with a R200 in the morning with an attitude. She better work on her attitude because she is working with clients and different people everyday. The guy that was next to her had to take my money to make change for me, He was very helpful and you can see that he was just embarrassed on how the cashier was talking to me
Rain has deducted 3 times without my consent, I am really not happy with their service. Instead of improving their service when you call them, they will just make you wait and wait for no reason. They must refund me my money back
The Alberton Post Office is giving a pathetic service. Just for a document certification a client will have to wait for an hour.
The service here is impeccable and very efficient. All the staff members are friendly. From the Dr's to the nurses. There are two nurses who stood out for me since I was admitted. SISTER MOTSHABI AND SISTER INNOCENTIA MADUNA. GREAT WORK LADIES
My dad died on the 15th of Aug 2024, He passed on after 6 days of his operation. I went to Capitec at Sebokeng and the consultant help so quickly. I then received an SMS stating that I must submit the Post Mortem Report. I went to Capitec at Vereeniging the 19th of Dec 2024 to Submit the PM report. No respond or whatsoever after. I then called their call center just to enquire. The lady I spoke promised me that I will receive a call after 48hours in which no one called me after that 48hours. I even went back to Sebokeng and spoke to a consultant, she even called the Head Office they just told her that they will call me back. But no one did. I am really not happy with their service and if this is the services that we get from CAPITEC, then we are doomed. They closed my request with no reason or no one to call me and explain the procedure regarding double payment. I this I have to forward the matter to Ombuds after 30 days. I am not happy about the turn around time of Two Pots and as I called the lady from Old mutual Two pots, she too long to answer. she seems lazy to give proper feedback. I asked her did she get my claim, she said yes but when I asked her on which it is. she could answer.
Ackermans in Vanderbijlpark is giving a pathetic service. Only 2 tellers are working while the queue is long, please bear in mind it is month end
I was suppose to get my order on Friday, The pathetic company didn't deliver on Friday and that was their deadline and they promised to deliver. I bought shoes online at Truworths on the 20th of April 2023. I am really not happy about their service. They better deliver today on 2 May 2023
I am writing this email on behalf of my manager Mrs NV MOKOENA, it is in regards to the double deduction on her account. Ekko was supposed to debit only R4500 instead of R9000. We have been calling Ekko with no luck to be assisted. This matter was addressed to Christinah and she has been ignoring my manager, I am really not happy on how the matter was handled and i am very worried and vey disappointed on how you conduct your business. I had a standard bank account for years and in 2018 when i lost my job i stopped using the account. So friday on the 27 Aug 2021 i received my tax money whereby it was paid into the dormant account that i am no longer using. Apparently the account was not closed and it had unpaid on it. I need to access the funds that were transfered into that account. Please assist
