No assistance when needed.

My daughter was submitted for treatment which falls under prescribed minimum benefits. I have sent the documents needed for completion as requested by Discovery to pay the account on the 14th of September, the 17th of September and the 21st of September without any response except for them asking me when I am going to pay the account.

Surely they should understand how medical aids work and how to complete a form? As a single mother I do not have the money to pay out of my own pocket, hence the reason why we are on a medical aid! Discovery WANTS to pay they just need the completed forms!! The Dr WANTS the money but does not complete the forms putting me in a VERY difficult situation.

The treatment received by the Dr was outstanding and I would not hesitate to send my daughter to her for treatment again, it is a pity that their admin does not meet the same standards.
