I am extremely frustrated with the situation regarding my order. Their website clearly stated that orders would take 5-15 days, yet I've been waiting for over 32 days without receiving anything. It seems I've been ****med. The tracking information shows my order is in South Africa, but it has been stuck at the same location for the past two weeks. When I reach out via email for assistance, all I receive in response is a screenshot of the tracker, which I can access myself. This lack of proper communication and support is unacceptable.🤦🏽
