Great service
Charity Mkansi was absolutely fantastic with her customer service! I ended up getting a much better offer and a fantastic cover from ABSA. Now, I don’t have to worry about my car insurance anymore. Goodbye high premiums and access fees! I highly recommend her!

They are Unbelievable
They are always there for you when you need them, just go to the App and start a conversation or request a call back and you are safe. And when it come to beating the quotes they are amazing, cant believe they offered me half the premium i was going to pay with other insurances.

Dr Martens South Africa is a ****
I am extremely frustrated with the situation regarding my order. Their website clearly stated that orders would take 5-15 days, yet I've been waiting for over 32 days without receiving anything. It seems I've been ****med. The tracking information shows my order is in South Africa, but it has been stuck at the same location for the past two weeks. When I reach out via email for assistance, all I receive in response is a screenshot of the tracker, which I can access myself. This lack of proper communication and support is unacceptable.🤦🏽

Claims
Their service is top notch 👌. I never had to struggle to claim after my car was in involved in a accident while i wasnt there. They handdled my case smoothly and Im a happy customer and id recomend it anyday more especially if you share your car with your loved ones. 😊
