She is truly the best gynae ever! She is a phenomenal Doctor who is very thorough. You will leave every consultation happy and well informed. She is very supportive, caring and patient. I love how she is always just a phone call away, giving you the assurance you need at that moment. I had such an amazing journey with her and would definitely highly recommend her anyday! She is truly a blessing to have by your side during your pregnancy journey! I am so thankful to have had her as my gynae.

Imagine needing help and you get turned away because the doctor (FALSEY) thinks you were being impatient. I needed help and my first consultation went well. When I came back for the second week, this Doctor accused me of being impatient and That she would not be able to help me if I am impatient. What gets me the most is that, even when I politely explained that I was in no way impatient, and that I just needed help, she still turned me away. I would think a doctor with this much experience would have learnt people skills by now. She 100% was going through her own personal issues and was projecting them on me. I am beyond disappointed. I just hope this type of behavior is not a culture at Akasia Hospital!!

I waited for her for 3hours. Whenever you ask the receptionist she can't even give a proper answer when she will be available. I have see so many gynecologists in my life but this one can't manage her time... She is useless

I went there to consult as a pregnant woman. OK I was there from half 7 till late around 17h00 no service. The receptionist was rude when I asked why are they not updating us if Dr is not available or late because this is a private sector we expect good service. The receptionist went and told the Dr and she called me and checked me. I could hear she was not friendly after she told me it better be the last time I visit her. I am complaining I don't know even know half of her work. I said but Dr I wasn't complain I told that lady to communicate with us and try arrange a way that can work unlike people waiting for Dr the whole day. Some days we are being turned away and late after being seated the whole day. Just imagine you wait the whole day only to be told we can't help you around 17h00 while you were there since 7h00. The Dr didn't want to hear anything I say chased me out of her room told me to never come back. I left there pregnant with tears not knowing what I did wrong. I only asked if they can't find a method that can work well that people waiting the whole day. Yes in gov hospitals we expect that because we don't pay that is why we choose to pay because we want best service. I have never been ill treated by a Dr in my life. It was the 1stvo see a Dr chasing a patient for raising concerns. I wasn't disrespect, I spoke well because shes older anyway I don't go around directing people. I thought she's my Dr I can be free to raise any concerns.
