It seems like a pattern. I've never have my bus leave on time ever. Every year I take a bus from Bloemfontein to Pretoria and it is always at least 75minutes late. This is really an inconvenience. Quite poor service from Intercape, especially since it's been every trip.
I want a refund for the additional charges that came with you debiting my account more than once. I have been a loyal paying customer of mtn for years. The past month, you failed to debit my account and instead of calling me the account holder paying, you called my very old dad and threatened to block his number for a mistake you did. Then your call agents doesn't even have the decency to apologize for this, and simply thinks running another immediate payment will solve the issue. Why am I paying for your mistakes??
It' s 5 o'clock and the menlyn branch only has one teller working in the dispensary section. At a time where the mall gets busy. The pharmacy only has one person working. Not just today but every single I come here to the menlyn branch I wait on a non existing queue just because only one person is working. I would really not recommend coming to this pharmacy. They have little regard for customers.
I am beyond fed up with Uber. I was charged for an additional trip that I didn't take and even after sending proof, Uber is accusing me of being the one who took the trip. I regret putting my banking details on the app because Uber just does as they please with our account. This amounts to theft. I want my money back.
I am struggling to understand why a I have a banker..let alone 2. I sent an email on the the 27th of Feb regarding unauthorized debits to my account. Everytime I try and call my main banker. She never picks up..never calls back. I only get responses to emails after I follow up. Now, my query is on a 30day calander wait..but I logged a month ago. This is poor service.
I'm so frustrated with Discovery. I wrote this review 3 months ago and someone from Discovery couldn't wait to give me a call and promise to resolve this very unpleasant situation. 3 months later I am still being harassed by Discovery's debt collection company. For the past week I called Discovery to find out why their debt agency is still calling me to pay when I settled this debts months ago. Another consultant promised to resolve 2days ago. Today alone , 4 different consultants called Me in a space of 4hours to settle a debt that does not exist! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET DISCOVERY AND THEIR AGENTS TO STOP HARASSING ME!
My husband and I have a home router from Vodacom for almost a year now. It worked wonderfully for a few months but for the past 2 months or so, our connection has been very bad. We have been calling vodacom for some time and every time we think the problem is resolved..the connection starts buffering again after a week or so. It is highly unfair that we are expected to pay for a service we only receive for a portion of the month. My husband has called vodacom so many times already, his number is now blocked from calling customer care. So now, not only do we struggle with connection, we need to pay extra for airtime, just to get in touch with customer care. What a service!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone tale out a contract with these guys really. I feel scammed. We can't even get out of the contract because of penalty fees, yet we are expected to pay for sub par services.
I owed discovery medical savings I used up before I moved on to another medical and we agreed on a payment plan. I forgot to make payment one of the months and instead of giving me a courtesy call to remind me or ask me about the payment, I was handed over to lawyers and credit bureas. If that wasn't enough..this so called collection company doesn't even tell me that I am now supposed to pay the remaining balance to them instead of Discovery and as a result, they charge me interest when I haven't even defaulted. I am so frustrated. This is not how customers should be treated, at all. This gas really left a bad taste in my mouth.
I cannot begin to describe how frustrated I am at this point. I would highly recommend that you stay clear from sleepmasters in wonderpark mall, Pretoria. I bought bedroom furniture almost a week ago and I am still waiting. I went to the shop to buy on Saturday and the personally assured me we would get our stock delivered on Monday. The same personnel even assured me that they would be able to deliver after hours. Being the person I am, I decided not to go to work just in case they came earlier. I waited and waited..until I decided to call them. Only then am I told my order will be delivered 2days from this Monday. I tell them that they should please deliver at 7. No one shows up. I am continuously the one to call and follow up and I am fed lie after lie. I even went back to store..and they promised me heaven and earth. I am still waiting. At this point..someone needs to be re imbursing me for all the airtime and petrol I've spent following up on my order.
I am extremely dissatisfied with Mobicred. After years of being a customer I am ready to cancel my account and get a refund. I transfered money over and above what I owed them, hoping to make use of my excess amount to buy a product on special but they have yet to allocate my payment. It's been well above their 2 working day policy and after numerous calls, my payment still does not reflect! I am beyond frustrated with this kind of service. I may as well cancel this account if I can't use it when I need to
