Bad service and missing patient items

My mom was admitted in ICU on for an operation. She had her wedding ring on her before the operation but only her cellphone was kept in a safety bag. We never recieved her rings. A nurse Sharon promised to investigate and I am still waiting for her call. I need to get my mom's rings back please.So they ***** patient's belongings. You never even see the doctor!
