Device insurance
I had an existing vodacom device insurance and I needed to add my Wifi only tablet on the policy. The consultant that sent me the form did not explain that I shouldn't add my number on the form(he was very sweet and helpful though). Now my problem is that my cellphone insurance was cancelled and the tablet was added on and the tablet was added incorrectly under device cover for R85 instead of it being added on the tablet cover for R63. I need my cellphone insurance to be re-instated and and cover the tablet too(tablet does not use a sim card,there's no number registered to it) I am being sent from pillar to post and I do not get any help!!!!

BS service
I need to take out an insurance,I am being given the run around,I was assisted by "Funo" who kept hanging up on me and acting like the call got cut but doesn't bother to call me back. This is a BS service!!!! They must tell us if they want us to take our business elsewhere!!!!

Bad service and missing patient items
My mom was admitted in ICU on for an operation. She had her wedding ring on her before the operation but only her cellphone was kept in a safety bag. We never recieved her rings. A nurse Sharon promised to investigate and I am still waiting for her call. I need to get my mom's rings back please.So they ***** patient's belongings. You never even see the doctor!

Wifi ****
I was dealing with Karabo Ledwaba and he/she gave ****ty service and I simply asked her to breakdown my fees for me. All webafrica does is chow people's monies. The free benefits they say we get are a ****!!!I want my money back!

Bad Customer service
Clicks Protea Glen,the pharmacists Lerato Finger is unprofessional,my ticket was called and I was told I must wait for the ticket before me even though it was already closed,didnt even bother to apologise or move me to another pharmacist,people who came after me were called while I sat there!!!!!!

No stock in branches
Yoh I have been to 4branches looking for Matt stockings and all stores have small sizes or no stock at all....I went to Trade route Mall,Lenasia Signet,Protea Gardens and Protea glen,their size XXL is like a size medium....it doesnt stretch at all.....am really frustrated and disappointed and when you ask the workers they are not even interested in checking for stock at the back.....very poor customer service!

Bad service!!!
Went to Lenasia clinic in Rose Avenue and I have been turned away 2 times because they don't have staff or they have meetings and they cut the line. The staff has a stinking attitude and as I walked in one lady screamed that she won't work because she is tired,I guess that was her way of telling me I must go away.Very pathetic service,they are rude!!!!!

Bad service
I went to clicks Protea Glen mall to collect my mom's script for 6months, I submitted it in July and when I got there they told me the script is expired and the new script i submitted was not there! Its my time that was wasted and now i have to get a new script again and re submit it, what makes me even mad is that they cannot produce the prescription I gave to them! The service was just nonsense!!!!!!!

poor service
Went to clicks Trade route mall and the cashier cancelled my points on the voucher I was buying because her supervisor walked away instead of authorizing for the manual capture of my club card. The cashier just acted like she gave me points when I know a supervisor has to authorize on the system for my card to earn points. This is disappointing and they may not taking this seriously as I complained on their website and no one even got back to me, regardless how much i was going to get for that R500.00 I spent there...my points are my points.

Bad service
My mom went to buy meds at TSHEPO THEMBA Hospital pharmacy and some was out of stock and was told she will get a call from them when stock arrives and they never did. Went to check and was told they had stock but it got finished, yet they never called her and her pills are still short so we must go back for the short pills. The pharmacist also gave such a ****ty service. He gave me the pills and instead of telling me we are done he went on and talked to another patient on the phone as am still sitting in front of him, as I thought I have to sign for the pills. Only after he's done with his call he asks me "is there anything else?". I feel that was rude as ****, I was not told we done and he saw I was still sitting in front of him but he proceeded with helping someone else, that is unprofessional and RUDE!
