Today, I felt discriminated against in so many ways. I generally consult at Dr. Moolas' practice, and the reception and consultations were excellent. I was treated as a human being, with respect and dignity. BUT today, I was seen by Dr. Moola, who treated me like an outcast; I felt uncomfortable, humiliated, and undermined as a client. I even stated my feelings to her, but she didn't seem to care. I was directed to the consulting room at the end of the house. The room was cold, with an old table and chairs. When she arrived, she stood at the door, hands in her pockets, and asked, "What can I do for you?" When I complained about today's service, she explained that it's flu season. That is why I have been sent to this consulting room.
I've previously consulted with several doctors registered under Dr. Moola's name, and they were all quite warm and professional. Dr. Moola, on the other hand, shows little respect for her clients and is quite discriminatory. The strange thing is that other clients were consulting in the normal consultation room while I was sent to the doggy room. I do not want to bring up racial issues here, but read between the lines.
