Very Unhappy Patient

Horrible experience! My partner had a Pap smear done and the Dr promised results the following week. It has been 2 weeks of worrying and no results. They then went and billed an Ultrasound which she never had. Only after we found this out, did they reverse and rectify it with the fund. We called for the results day after day and keep being told the Dr is not in and that they have not received the results either, however we spoke to the lab prior to speaking to them and the lab advised that we must call the Dr for the results... Juliet at the Dr roo.s then contact me stating I am not the patient so I basically have no say...after I advised her I have full third party authorisation from the fund. The fact that the Dr did not have the courtesy to contact the patient and tell her that they are still waiting for results is plain rude!! After she said 1 week. Its been 2 weeks. If there is a backlog, surely you need to inform your patients!!! We never go back to this practice again!
