Absolutely disgusting service from yourselves. I phoned to make an appointment. Advised my medical aid had changed. Gave the details. Went as far as emailing my card and the woman I spoke to said okay we will phone to confirm benefits. Get there on the day . Get told I need a root canal, me thinking everything has been confirmed I said okay let's start. There after I get told nope I need pay in which I had not counted on so couldn't do and now I can't complete my root canal because of your inability to confirm benefits beforehand. So you literally let patience start procedures that need to be completed. Which now cannot be completed and I'm not at risk of massive infections etc because of your negligence. I can't afford to complete the procedure. This I malpractice on your part. Your staff is *********** and doesn't actually do what they're supposed to do. I've never felt so uncomfortable in my life , because you can't make you patience feel at ease and then onto of that I now am at risk of huge complications. I will most definitely be seeking legal advice on this matter.
