Rude office and reception staff!!

For me personally I have no issue with them excellent service, they will just drain your medical aid instantly sure but worth it. but as a mother, I am ****ed!!!

My daughter needs dental surgery, and I phone for confirmation of appointment because she was supposed to phone a week before to confirm details which she hasn't and the most rudest lady tells me she can but won't help me she'll phone me in two days, any person who is a parent will know it is nerve wrecking to know your child will go into surgery, just be damn KIND!!!!!
