We have been part of the Arwyp “family” for 30 years and the way everything deteriorated is absolutely shocking. All of the wards except the pediatric and ICU is disgraceful. The casualties is a disaster, it’s filthy, the bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in 3 days according to the schedule the cleaners have to complete. The nurses are moody, unprofessional and unbothered by their patients. No communication with the patient whatsoever. Then moving to ward 3 I haven’t seen such dirty toilets before the smells in the bathrooms and wards is plain foul. The nurses have a dont care attitude and when you have questions regarding treatment they simply tell you they don’t know. I am highly disappointed in Arwyp
I wish there was an option to give LESS than 1 star!! I will in my whole life never use or suggest Teljoy to anyone, the communication is much worse than the service you receive I have sent COUNTLESS of mails, I phoned seems like no one works there, I settled my account end of November, the collections department decides to phone me and my husband telling us i am in errors with R37.00 and their respond to this is if I want to own my appliances I have to pay, skip one week ahead I get an sms saying now that I owe them R918.57 when you query this they have absolutely nothing to say for themselves so in my opinion Teljoy can go f*&$ themselves
For me personally I have no issue with them excellent service, they will just drain your medical aid instantly sure but worth it. but as a mother, I am ****ed!!! My daughter needs dental surgery, and I phone for confirmation of appointment because she was supposed to phone a week before to confirm details which she hasn't and the most rudest lady tells me she can but won't help me she'll phone me in two days, any person who is a parent will know it is nerve wrecking to know your child will go into surgery, just be damn KIND!!!!!
