<p>I made an appointment on the 12th June for the 7th July for my son. I booked so far in advance so we were able to get an appointment and so that we could request leave for the Friday to travel as we are 6 hours away from Joburg. We booked accommodation and put in our leave. On the 27th June at 4:40pm we were phoned to say that they were cancelling our booking. When asked if Dr could recommend another specialist they were 'unable' to help. They said we could see a doctor taking over Dr Porteous' patients but could not advise if he was a specialist.</p> <p>I do not recommend making an appointment - super unhelpful. I have now been frantically searching for another specialist that is able to assist us on the Friday.</p>
