Great service from Drainmen TBV
Drainmen Table View branch did an excellent job with a big problem I had with my sewage system. A MASSIVE thank you to Richard, Andrew and Daniel who really went the extra mile every time they came out, regardless of the weather. I also received good customer service from their admin team. You certainly get what you pay for.

Great service from Drainmen TBV
Drainmen Table View branch did an excellent job with a big problem I had with my sewage system. Drainmen, NO SHOW!
I would give no stars if I could. Promised to do quotation, then needed site inspection, then didn't show. Understandable that it is probably a outsourced service but that is now excuse for no communication. This is just poor!

No Customer Service
No Customer Service! After a number of years working with Drainmen on the same plumbing issue and a fortune spent I recently withdrew from a quote. I notified the salesman that I would not be going ahead two days after paying the deposit. I am still trying to get the full refund after a month and a half. The customer service has been shocking and I am no longer a customer. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

No Customer Service
No Customer Service! After a number of years working with Drainmen on the same plumbing issue and a fortune spent I recently withdrew from a quote. I notified the salesman that I would not be going ahead two days after paying the deposit. I am still trying to get the full refund after a month and a half. The customer service has been shocking and I am no longer a customer. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Drainmen Tableview the WORST!
The absolutely worst company to engage in! The damaged my cupboard and stainless steel prep bowl in kitchen beyond repair. They could not solve the original problem and the staff was rude, confused, disorganized and late on first appointment without communication. The teams are the worst. Alfred lied to me in my face as per video evidence. Stephen left my gate wide open and left with out notice.

Would not recommend
The staff at Drainmen are unbelievably rude. They park in the roads obstructing parents parking to get to the school which is located next to them. I asked the one car nicely to move and then got screamed at by the staff. this is totally unacceptable. They shouldn't even be parking where they do!

Drainmen - Excellent Service!
Fantastic professional service received! We bought a house with a major blockage issue between the basin and the tub in our guest bathroom. Not only was the blockage issue resolved the technician picked up on a leak on the toilet which we didn't realize. We were also provided with professional advice on the product we were using that wasn't working - all and all would use Drainmen again and would highly recommend! Thank you for the excellent service.
