Unfortunately any business conducted inside a Standard Bank requires a minimum wait of 1 and half hours on a good day before you get to see a consultant. With so many people out of work and with so much competition for business why oh why don't Standard Bank improve their customer service by filling up their empty consultant booths with staff to assist their customers.
No Customer Service! After a number of years working with Drainmen on the same plumbing issue and a fortune spent I recently withdrew from a quote. I notified the salesman that I would not be going ahead two days after paying the deposit. I am still trying to get the full refund after a month and a half. The customer service has been shocking and I am no longer a customer. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
So far so bad. I can't believe the UK company, Doree Bonner handed me over to elliott Mobility for the final phase of my shipment. 4 months later and I'm still waiting. Good news is that I have just been issued with a payment request for R10 000.00 to release my goods! Wish me luck, I really hope that I finally receive some of my goods, after reading their reviews I'm not very optimistic. Can't actually believe that after spending so much on getting my personal items back home to SA I'm still trying to just receive them. I'm a very sad, dissatisfied and despondent, ex customer of elliott Mobility who Doree Bonner used and were never chosen by me. I'm just another world wide ripped off customer.
Good communication during the planning process. Last minute blood test results meant having to act fast. Petport were professional, caring and kept me updated with photos. My furry pooch was well cared for and arrived at his final destination happy and clean. Thank you PETport for giving me peace of mind and managing this process so well.
