Calls are not answered at reservations. I had to hold 20 minutes just to make a booking. Because they will take your number and never get back to you. On Arrival at 16h00 on 11 May 2021, I was told to wait because the room was not clean. I had to start my online meeting at the foyer while I waited I was given the key with vauge directions to the room. In the room the curtain rail was falling on the side. Worse in the morning the Chef with the earings told me he can't make me an omelet because I was 10 minutes early they only start breakfast at 07h00 I didn't catch his name because his name tag was hidden by the Apron. All in all the staff is rude they have no respect for the guests. The night shift at the kitchen was good though not all Apples are rotten I guess.
