Pathetic Service

Good day,<br> <br> We have made no less than 10 calls to drawcard since last week Wednesday for a machine replacement. On every occasion we have been promised a call back which hasn't happened once!! I have never experienced such pathetic uncaring service in my 20 years in this industry. I am amazed at how everyone at Drawcard blatently ignores every call and every message left. Your pathetic interest in your customers well being proves that you shouldn't exist. Four days later and still no technician. Thank you Lerato and Oscar for absolutely nothing and for not returning my calls as promised. How can you even call yourself a business, I would much rather deal with home affairs than try and get something out of YOU!!!
