Ek het 'n Reload kaart Mei 2014 aangekoop en dit gebruik. Dit het toe vir 'n paar maande onaktief.<br> Ek het Donderdag 24 September R600.00 op die kaart inbetaal. Ek het aanvaar dat dit 'n vakansie is, so dit behoort vandag 28 September beskikbaar wees. Vandag toe ek ingaan, is die geld nie beskikbaar nie. Ek bel die Support help line om te hoor wat aangaan. Eerste keer toe ek bel, word daar ges? dat my kaart nie ge-fica is nie, maar ek het al reeds die dokumente gestuur. Na 10 minute se aanhou het hulle dit reggestel. Daar word aan my ges? ek moet die bewys stuur sodat hulle dit kan regstel. Ek stuur die bewys aan [Email Removed] Na 'n uur het ek weer terug geskakel om te hoor wat aangaan. Die dame s? aan my, dit is aan die finansie afdeling gestuur en sal my terugskakel wanneer dit uitgesoreer is. Ek wag tot nou toe dat hulle my terugskakel. Ek het 10 emails gestuur, en ek het nog nie een terug ontvang om te s? wat aan die gang is nie. Daar word aan my ges? dit vat 48 uur. As ek reg tel is dit lankal verby 48 uur. Ek sal glad nie aan enige persoon aanbeveel om hierdie diens te gebruik nie Hulle antwoord nie jou emails nie en ook vat dit te lank as jy geld inbetaal het.

I bought a reload card in 2014 (I cannot remember the exact date) and made use of it without any problems until I recently tried to make a purchase and it refused to swipe. I attempted to make use of it a few more times as I thought perhaps there was a problem with the machines.<br> <br> I called customer services to report this and was told my card had been blocked pending FICA documents. I explained to the lady that I had submitted all required documents when I initially got the card.<br> <br> I forwarded the documents nonetheless only to have an email sent to me stating to me that there was \something"wrong with my card and it would be sorted in 48 hours.<br> <br> Needless to say I called back 5 days later to let them know that my card was still not working and I would like to know what this \""something' is that is wrong with my card. The lady hung up on me.<br> <br> A gentleman answered when I called again and suggested I get a new card and my funds would be transferred there. I expressed to him my concern that my recent deposit was not reflecting either.<br> <br> Here I am about a week later with 2 Reload cards and both do not work and I do not have access to my money.<br> <br> I WANT MY MONEY!"""

I bought a ReloadCard 3weeks ago, I 1st try 2 activate the card myself, which was IMPOSSIBLE 2 do, I then phoned DrawCards offices, I was told my card is now activated. I transferred money 2 the card and wanted to start using it, but every time I try to use it - decline. I again 4days later phoned Reload & explained the story 2 them (that ALL my money was now stuck in a card I cant use). They again told me my card was activated. <br> I got a sms with a pin and wanted to use my card. AGAIN declined!!!! I phoned again..<br> this time i was told that yes my card is activated but they haven't received my Certified copy of my ID

I was Scammed Using the Drawcard Absa account no:4072818065 that belongs to Janine, this account is used to do Money laundering, to whoever doing business with these people must be very careful as they assist criminals to rob people of there money....I am the victim and have solid proof of the event..deposit slips and emails...Naseema and Janine are failing to assist me as i told them that i need my money back i even went to there office and Naseema refused to come see me as i was at lobby and Janine is not answering my calls, have been calling her on 0827724567 and 0115315300, i went to the bank to absa bank to seek assistance but they told me they cannot do anything until Janine answers her phone in which is avoiding to answer. A gentleman by the name of Brendon Naidoo and Petrus are the culprits who work with Drawcard to commit Fraud. They are based at Sandhoven office park, 14 Pongola Cresent East gate ext 17, 2199 Johannesburg..TO ANYONE THAT WANTS PROOF I HAVE IT and WILLING TO SHARE AND EXPOSE DRAWCARD for there unethical Business deals...I do not understand why such a big company would allow Fraud dealings....

Good day,<br> <br> We have made no less than 10 calls to drawcard since last week Wednesday for a machine replacement. On every occasion we have been promised a call back which hasn't happened once!! I have never experienced such pathetic uncaring service in my 20 years in this industry. I am amazed at how everyone at Drawcard blatently ignores every call and every message left. Your pathetic interest in your customers well being proves that you shouldn't exist. Four days later and still no technician. Thank you Lerato and Oscar for absolutely nothing and for not returning my calls as promised. How can you even call yourself a business, I would much rather deal with home affairs than try and get something out of YOU!!! We will start making arrangements for another vendor<br> <br> Disgusted<br> The Golfers Club Canal Walk

I have an ackermans gift card, which each time i have tried to use in a store has been a long drawn out procedure as they cant scan the card and view the balance. They have to go to the back office and try to call and find the balance. Most times the phone is not available to call or they cant get through, etc. Today I decide to call the call centre myself.<br> They tell me the card has been deactivated and I have lost R206. How ridiculous as there is no expiry date on the card for me to see. This is my money which has now been lost due to their inefficient system. Totally disgusted and feeling robbed.
