I requested a debit card dispute form, from FNB on 27 Nov 2015, which I never received.<br> I phoned them again on 29 Nov - still no form, on 4 Dec I received the form which I filled in and send back to them.<br> I phoned FNB on 6 Dec to ask if they received the form, they said no. I resubmitted the form the same day, phoned again - no form. On the 7th and 8th, I send the form again. I phoned FNB yesterday on the 10th again to confirm. I had to phone 7 times
I bought a ReloadCard 3weeks ago, I 1st try 2 activate the card myself, which was IMPOSSIBLE 2 do, I then phoned DrawCards offices, I was told my card is now activated. I transferred money 2 the card and wanted to start using it, but every time I try to use it - decline. I again 4days later phoned Reload & explained the story 2 them (that ALL my money was now stuck in a card I cant use). They again told me my card was activated. <br> I got a sms with a pin and wanted to use my card. AGAIN declined!!!! I phoned again..<br> this time i was told that yes my card is activated but they haven't received my Certified copy of my ID
