The most incompetent unhelpful rude bunch you will ever deal with. Transferred 20k using their own payment vendor for an instant EFT and its been 6 hours and money hasn't reflected. Have sent them proof of payment from my bank as well. Don't offer instant eft service at a rate of R230 for one transaction and then tell me sorry u waiting for the funds to reflect. 20 emails and 30 calls later still no help. Bunch of imbeciles
Guys I used your service this morning with a R20 000 online transfer to your merchant Altcointrader. The purchase went through my account at 11:09am this morning and is out of my bank account. Altcointrader has not credited me for the R20 000 and it is already 14:53, this is meant to be an instant eft payment system which i paid a fee of R230 for the transaction. I am confused as to who is to blame here? Ozow or Altcointrader? Altcointrader are asking me proof of payment and I have sent them bank statements. How am i meant to provide proof of payment when this is an online payment system with your own reference. 4 hours later and nobody knows where my money is? Who is to blame
RE CLAIM NO ********** 701/01 Absolutely disgusted in budget as an insurance provider. Being a loyal client without ever claiming in many years of being insured I put my first claim in for a new Windscreen only. I was asked to send the invoice in on the 25th of April for a refund which I did and have still received no response for. A measly claim which after excess payment will result in a refund of under R1000. I cannot believe a company that takes R30 000 odd a year from me has failed to honor or pay such a small claim. What am I even insured for? I would hate to see the day I actually might need to claim for something more substantial than just a windscreen. People do yourselves a favor and stay away from this company as you are really looking for trouble in the future. I should not even have to be going to this effort to recover a claim. Absolute waste of time for such small money. I will be moving to a more efficient and trouble free provider. I am sure they would love to have clients that never claim, except for a windscreen.
<p>Dear LG. </p> <p>I am writing this report out of disappointment in your product. My house is filled with LG appliances. In fact all of my appliances are LG from my Fridge, washing machine to both of my Flat screen TVs. In fact my47 inch LCD is about 7 years old and has never given me a problem. All my appliances have made home LIFE GOOD for me. However about 2 years ago I purchased a 42 inch smart TV from Dion Wired in Canal Walk on a special for R10 000. The sound blew on the TV and I called Dion Wired and they told me to take the TV directly to LG in Montague Gardens where I was quoted almost R2000 to have the main board replaced. They looked at the serial number and told me that the TV was out of the 2 year warranty. I unfortunately dont have the invoice anymore but if it is out the warranty it cant be more than a couple of months. I understand that products come with Warranties for a specific time period and that products cannot be guaranteed forever. However I just feel that I purchase LG for a reason. Due to the reliability of all my other LG products never giving me trouble over the last 7 years I purchased this expensive LG tv with the expectation that it would give me more than 2 years service without me having to fork out money for repairs. To be honest I understand why these stores offer extra 3 year guarantee upgrades when you purchase. Because they are confident that they will never have a problem with such a product and the extra money you pay for this upgrade for them would be like money for nothing. I personally did not upgrade my warranty period because i have never experienced any problems with LG top end products and would never expect to have something to happen to a 2 year old smart TV. Its really disappointing to now have problems with this tv and althoug I have only had pleasure with LG products in the past i would think twice about replacing my now 7 year old original TV with another LG or any other products with LG. One bad experience is enough to put you off a brand. I would appreciate some clarity on the failure of this product. </p>
<p>My domestic worker bought a phone from Ackermans Canal Walk in December 2016 and the phone was faulty, not charging. She took it in on 10 January and was told she would have to wait up to 3 weeks for the return. It is now over 12 Weeks and after 3 visits back gets no response nor do they call her back as promised. This morning I went into Canal Walk Century City and dealt with Andre who seemed like the manager. Although he has told me that he will let me know later today what the story is there was not once an acknowledgment of mistake from him on Ackermans behalf nor an apology. All he could say was that he could not comment on his employees behalf. I find this absolutely ridiculous. I own a retail business and the first thing i would do is apologise to my customer when we are in the wrong and politely give him the undertaking that this problem will be sorted out. All i heard from Andre was excuses and not one apology. 12 Weeks no phone return and not one phone call from Ackermans. No wonder your business has declined so badly over the last while. If i had the same attitude and service in my business i would be bankrupt. If this problem is not sorted out today I will make sure this put all over social media. Its absolutely disgraceful how a company takes advantage of a poor domestic worker as they know she has no means to fight bac****!!!! Her name is Shingi Kanyuchi ********** 088.</p>
<p>These are the rudest most unreliable people I have ever dealt with. Get rid of that woman who responds to mails before she closes you down. To the public, dont expect your cover on time and dont expect any polite help or a decent response. I also wonder which couriers you use that you have charge R400 to courier this light parcel. </p>
I would just like to say that Clicks Canal Walk is possibly the most unappealing appalling shameful unfriendly cheerless place to shop. The staff are unfriendly, rude, arrogant, unhelpful and ignorant. Every single time I walk in there I just know that I am going to have a horrible shopping experience and it never fails. I own a shop in Canal Walk and i can tell you when I see how busy Dischem is in comparison to Clicks yet Clicks is suppose to have a bigger market share all i can say is that it all boils down to the attitude in that cold dreary store. You guys suck, rather close down and stop depressing the happy people who try and support you. I dont expect a call, I dont want a call, I dont want anything. Maybe just a smile or a greeting next time I approach anyone if I am ever forced to put foot in there again. I can bet that the Canal Walk store is probably the worst performer in the group for the most prime location.
I own a retail store in Canal Walk that is very customer orientated. Therefore I tend to go to the places that give me the best service and friendliness. I have had a couple of bad experiences at Clicks in Canal Walk but an experience a couple of weeks ago made my mind up to never go in there again. Today I was forced to go there again but once again had a horrible experience.<br> <br> 1. Every time i go into Clicks Canal Walk I wait for ages to be served at the dispensary even if I am first in the line. The pharmacists look at you as if you are an ornament and walk right past you. At Dischem I get served promptly every time and there is always a bunch of pharmacists ready to help you. Today there were 8 pharmacists at Dischem and all were busy, I was helped in under a minute. Clicks took 30 minutes to serve me today and I was 2nd in line!!! There is never a queue at Clicks because nobody wants to shop there.<br> <br> 2. I have never had friendly polite and helpful service at Clicks. They are rude, unhelpful and arrogant. Dischem are always friendly helpful and polite.<br> <br> At R90 a share Im a seller rather than a buyer. Good luck in tough environment for the future

I have never experienced such pathetic uncaring service in my 20 years in this industry. I am amazed at how everyone at Drawcard blatently ignores every call and every message left. Your pathetic interest in your customers well being proves that you shouldn't exist. Four days later and still no technician. Thank you Lerato and Oscar for absolutely nothing and for not returning my calls as promised. How can you even call yourself a business, I would much rather deal with home affairs than try and get something out of YOU!!!
