Magnificent service until delivery
Magnificent service until delivery. Product not supplied in accordance to specified dimensions. No direct phone number available and no response to repeated follow-ups made via web recommended methods. Product ordered on 29 Jan (order 5418), delivered on 6 Feb. Dimension of product received 130mm too narrow. Follow- up email sent on 9Feb (with photo's), 13 Feb, 16 Feb email and via website, but no response. Pity that after sales service completely erroded initial purchase experience. Not to be recommended

Poolcover service
The day after writing a bad review on Hellopeter, the service team turned up and fixed the pool cover. I don't know if this was co-inicdence or as a result of the review. Either way we were very happy to have our pool cover fixed.

Rude, unreliable and a rip off
<p>These are the rudest most unreliable people I have ever dealt with. Get rid of that woman who responds to mails before she closes you down. To the public, dont expect your cover on time and dont expect any polite help or a decent response. I also wonder which couriers you use that you have charge R400 to courier this light parcel. </p>

Rude, unreliable and a rip off
<p>These are the rudest most unreliable people I have ever dealt with. Get rid of that woman who responds to mails before she closes you down. No delivery yet. Vague and disinterested feedback
<p>At a time when all of us are trying to do our bit to save water, we rely on companies that boast about products that will assist us with this task. These companies are quick to market and sell their products, taking advantage of a situation in the Westen Cape to benefit their bottom line. </p> <p> </p> <p>This company wasted no time in taking our money, setting up an order and then doing nothing. There is no way to contact anyone telephonically and their email responses (when they do go to the effort of replying) are vague and non-commital.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been waiting over two weeks for my order, and to date have no idea when to expect it. I chose this company due to ill revues of another similar supplier, but it seems they are both cut from the same cloth. </p> <p> </p> <p>If you are looking for a company that sells decent pool covers, I would advise on finding a company that you can deal with face to face, who is honest about their service and who can give decent feedback regarding their processing times. This company is far from that. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Poor communication - rude at best - would not recommend. Geobubble should reconsider this SA supplier.
<p>I ordered a pool cover through poolcovers.co.za I ordered the cover on the 28th November. I receveived a mail confirming that my cover would be delivered in the week of the 12-15 December.</p> <p>I followed up on the 6th December via mail that the order was going to be delivered to which I received a short but positive reply stating that it was "...all on track."</p> <p>Followed up again on the 13th - to which I received another short reply: "will follow up tomorrow"</p> <p>After yet another follow up mail on the 15th - received another reply stating that maybe it would be delivered the following week.</p> <p>As I was going away I asked if I could collect as I am in the same city and needed the cover - another short response (no phone call or phone number for me to call) : </p> <p>"No not possible.. But perhaps the courier will deliver sooner.</p> <p> Kind Regards</p> <p>Pool Covers"</p> <p>I find this level of service after having taken my money and promised me a delivery date comletely unacceptable. They also didn't bother to call or supply any contact details other than an email address that was only answered up to 12 hours later.</p> <p>I know that there was a big demand because of the water restrictions, but communication is key in these circumstances and a lot of my time was wasted in making arrangements to ensure that my pool was covered while I was away. And they had promised a delivery date, twice.</p> <p>They did eventually deliver the cover, and claimed they tried to deliver it in late December, yet I never received a single call until the day it was actually delivered - when they called to ask me for my correct street address (which was printed on the delivery slip)</p> <p>The very vague responses were basically rude and dismissive. This company prides themselves on customer service yet has failed to deliver - I noticed I am not the only one with this complaint. The have also disallowed any negative comments on social media. </p> <p>I would recommend that GeoBubble, the manufacturer of the pool covers should consider moving their business from a blatantly rude SA wholesaler, who can't be bothered to communicate with their customers.</p> <p>I would also never ever order anything from this company again and would advise anyone to find another source for the pool covers. Demand or no demand - good honest communication is really all it takes.</p>
