The service I received from Dental Risk was extremely disappointing. The consultant I spoke to was nonchalant and made me feel like I was bothering her. She had no patience in explaining things clearly, and her tone was unprofessional throughout. I know what good customer service sounds like, and this was the exact opposite. The lady I spoke to Simonia (or whoever she is) left me questioning how someone with that attitude represents a business. I truly hope the company addresses this. 2025112626200057
