Pathetic service once again!

I'd like to bring to your attention that your cape gate branch has cancelled my appointment - on the day of the appointment! I made this appointment well in advance and I'm seriously not impressed that the reason for canceling is that the only beautician is not in today. how can you only have one person?? It's extremely poor service !  This is the second time that this shop canceled my appointment on the same day. the previous time they rescheduled me to the next day just to cancel again! best you work on this because as cliché as it is, you have lost me as a customer. not that you probably give a damn anyways.
