DVC refusing to pay for my points when I cancel membership . ****

I have been a member of DVC for over 8 years. In 2024 I was told that I owe 2 months levies which I was very surprised because they are the ones who debit my account. I was told about this months later . So I was paying but was not able to book for holidays . I have over 7000 points x3 with DVC. After up and down with them refusing to listen to me and when I send them bank statements that I did pay them I don’t owe them. I asked for cancellation and I want my money back . Still there I waited . I had just called now to enquirer and I was told by Senki that I lose everything. I asked what about my points the money I paid for those points . She said I forfeit everything. My account has never been in arrears with DVC. How do I lose points that I paid for that are due to me .
