I am so dissappointed with the service i have been getting from DVC ive been a member for 9 years and i have always paid my subs on time. Now i am being harrassed told my subs are in arrears i have sent so many emails with my bank statements proving the debit order did go through. This year i could not go on holiday for my birthday because of this. A booking that i made way in advance i am told will be cancelled. None of the DVC stuff listen to what i am saying when i explain how they should read the statement. I am not going to ppay for something i already paid for.
Standard bank fraud department is allowing standard customers to continue defrauding people using their bank . How can I supply all evidence to std bank that their account holder has scammed me and they point blank refuse to do anything about it . So they see the payment I made the see the conversation with their client that I never got my goods but because the account is a long standing account they refuse to do anything. So they won’t pay me back my money they won’t question the account holder because it’s an long standing account. This is why this person is having a long standing account because every time someone complaints about them you tell us it’s a long standing account. Basically if a fraudstsr wants to continue doing fraud standard bank Is the bank to go to . Unbelievable.
I did a booking last night on eBucks for a car rental . The payment went through my account but I didn’t receive a booking confirmation. I just spoke with eBucks now and they are telling me the money is pending it can reverse but they don’t know when and to whom it will reverse to . Me or them . So now my question is how am I going to pay for another booking if my money is with them . And when will I get the car or how coz I want it for tomorrow. This is not the first time I’m having a problem with this booking engine it’s useless
I’m so disgusted with Avis I returned the car on 14/10 last week till now my R2500 deposit has not been returned . What is worse is I called Avis Monday and I was told I would get it in 2 days . Till now nothing . Why the hell id Avis keeping my money
You guys are the worst courier company ever. No manners from drivers to manager all of you are the same . How do your drivers refuse to collect a parcel . Then lie then secondly the parcel on the system is dispatched but not delivered not even a call to notify . When we call the branch no one picks up the call .
<p>I was not very pleased with how outsurance dealt with my claim in December . Not to mention it was my first time of ever claiming in 12 years. Another funny thing is that Outsuranc debits my account once a year for an amount over 5000 so now I want my money back so I can go look for a insurance company that really does its work . </p>
<p>In Dec Fnb debited me twice I called them still January same thing now every time I call I get a different story Fnb hasn't done my refund but has had the audacity to debit me again on the 23/01 so in January Fnb debited me 3 times . </p>
<p>After speaking to fnb connect telling them that people have been complaining that they can't get hold of me the agent tells me to dial ##002# after that guess what i can't make any calls. I call them on another line and they tell me to roam on different network. I mean she doesn't even listen to what i am telling her she tells me she's troubleshooting. Am now stuck can't make any calls even to 147. After a while managed to roam on vodacom only then could I make calls to 147. But to other people it says I have depleted my credit limit on my contract. When I dial *111# to check my voice minutes it says my sim card is blocked. I call 147 again and they tell me they are offline they can't assist me. Exactly what is going on at Fnb connect ??? </p>
In Novemebr i went toGAME TO BUY HISENSE 32 LED READY WAS TOLD ITS SOLD OUT BUT MY DETAILS WERE ENTERED ON SYSTEM ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTGS, BUT TO MY SUPRISE ON 20/01/02016 VISITED THE BRANCH AND MANAGER OF DEPT TOLD ME THEY HAVE NOT HAD STOCK SINCE BUT FUNNY ENOUGH THE SAME TV GAME HAS BEEN ADVERSTISED ON FOR R2670 FOR SPECIAL THIS WEEKEND SO I DONT KNOW WHO IS FOOLING WHO BUT HOW DO U PUT UP ADV FOR SOMETHING U TOLD CUSTOMERS SUPPLIER DOESNT HAVE OR I WAS JUST BEEN SOLD A STORY WHICH I WONT APPRECIATE AS IM NOT STUPID.
I was under debt review in 2011 due to unforeseen circumstances. The debt counsellor issued a 17.4 form however the reason indicated due to non-payment (I disagree with the reason though).Every credit provider updated their records to reflect I'm no longer under debt review, I am confident this is the case because in past three years I managed to purchase a new vehicle and a home.<br> FNB is the only bank that has not removed this flag, the consultant indicates that it's still on my profile due to the withdrawal reason. I got legal opinion they advised the flag should be removed as I cancelled in 2011.This was before the Rougier vs NEDbank judgment which concluded that debt counsellors does not have the statutory power to withdraw a client. My question then becomes why does the reason matter? I will escalate this to the NCR if I do not get a reasonable response (Don't even think of requesting a new 17.W). I am no longer over-indebted yet it seems FNB is prejudiced against me because I was under debt review. Note that I already settled a credit card I had with you aswell. I have even supplied FNB with my credit report where there is no sign of debt review or even a debt that is in arrea
