Frustrating experience with incorrect debits
I am so frustrated. I downgraded to 2000pts 2months ago, but I am still being debited for 4000pts. I called and sent an email, was told it will be sorted. This month I got my monthly statement which still says that I will be debited for the 4000pts. This is very annoying!!

22 May 2026, 16:09I spoke to a consultant on the 18th of May - unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She made sure I understood the process before ending the call.
Today I received a follow-up call from Hendrietta. Her service was just as excellent. She explained the situation in detail, clarified what happened with my downgrade, and apologized for the delay caused by a system issue on their side.
Both consultants were polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
