Frustrating experience with incorrect debits
I am so frustrated. I downgraded to 2000pts 2months ago, but I am still being debited for 4000pts. I called and sent an email, was told it will be sorted. This month I got my monthly statement which still says that I will be debited for the 4000pts. This is very annoying!!2 replies

Late delivery. Rude driver.
Ordered online from Russells, received sms’s and an email that I will be receiving my order on 3 January 2026. I waited the whole day but it did not come. On Monday my delivery came and driver had with him only 2 items, when I ordered 3 items. He called the warehouse only to find that he forgot to take the item. Driver was VERY rude!!!! Never again.0 replies
