I would not recommend this business to South Africans.I bought a pair of Adidas sneakers. The price seemed great(R900).But the delivery charges were R400.That was not the end. They use the SA Post office for delivery..After a couple of weeks they told me the parcel is 'at the collection point".It took more mails to ascertain which branch. When I eventually got there I had to pay import duty of R550!Never again.

I have ordered from one of the other departments of dressinn (trekinn), and although shipping time was long, always received my goods/was credited when due. After numerous calls and mails, it turns out that the items are usually delayed in customs if pulled for inspection (nb to have your details ready when calling/mailing in)... and then at the SA post office where we know how things can go wrong. The company itself has no control over this. My one issue however is the extremely high shipping costs. If the items are not sent to my door (and even then...), and many other companies have found ways to avoid charging a third of your order cost for shipping, why is this still the case with Dressinn? It usually cancels out the discount, unless you're ordering thousands of rands worth of goods. For the average individual this is too unnecessarily expensive.
