I am receiving an account members sms's for their account (and did not give consent, I also doubt the account holder consented to a stranger receiving her account details). I asked for my number to be removed and was met with a stu bborn & unwilling to assist customer service person- what is the point of a serivce desk who is unwilling/not skilled to assist in such a basic request?
Stay away, bad assistance (if any), but very insistent on getting sales and money. Not value and definitely will not be continuing once my gym contract expires.
Absolute s cam. They told me to pay and pay activation fee twice,now giving me loops at every turn and absolutely squeezing me for money when I have been paying full membership fees every month, changing their stories once I pay yet another surprise fee. Do not sign up or give them your banking details you’ll never get rid of them, only get hold of rude children on the call centre lines, not assistance.
Absolutely disgraceful and dishonest system. I kept my payments up to date and had no gym discount app****, and Vitality refused to instruct Virgin active to correct. I have spent hours on calls and chats with Vitality without success and have to all but shout to get anything other than the standard "oh no it doesn't work like that" despite being advised and following VItality's instruction at every turn. Do not sign up, it's been a headache for almost a year and I am still struggling.

Dieketseng was my consultant on Secure chat this morning. He/she was unwilling, rude, arrogant, and a horribl e agent who kept giving email addresses instead of actually doing anything or trying read my very basic request. Extremely frustrated
This company did an unauthorised credit check on me. I did not at any time consent and would like to know where I can report them as their enquiry is impacting my credit score. I would also like a copy of my call with them as they can now clearly frau dulenty use my details.
My settled vehicle instalment / debit order was just taken from my account. I’ve tried to call and the calls are either kil led or the person has some issue with their mic (while wasting my airtime). I have emailed the settlement POP and so has the dealer. No one has called back despite being promised a call back. The chatbot or agent on Nedbank is unhelpful. Emails go unanswered. I am hopeless 😩
