Unhappy customer cancelation problems. +27823083793 I have been trying to cancel this number using their vodacom cancelation program via call they said they are going to send me a cancelation code using the number but I have been Waiting for the code from the 14th of February I have tried calling them but I dont get a response from them for the past 5 days

Good day 2018 June I had an incident (Bumper bashing) a car in front of me abruptly stopped in trying to avoid a full impact I swerved to the left hitting the left rear bumper of the car in front. We exchange numbers seeing both suffered minor damages (my mistake), my assumption we were going to repair our own cars. No communication whatsoever came from the other party for 12 months until recently a year later I was contacted by VFV attorneys claiming R27K from me? I fortunately kept pictures of the incident sought a second opinion the quotation was R2K plus. This is the amount I advised VFV attorney I was willing to pay and that this was not an admission of guilt but me being accountable to my role for the incident. However VFV attorneys through Linda F Fourie sent me an intimidating email threatening litigation and the fact that I will be liable to all charges including the R27K. I am concerned that they are dismissive to my assessment (quotation) and accept a quotation from Durban yet the incident occurred in centurion and the car was repaired in JHB, the assessor is from Durban? Their invoice sent to me included damages that do not match the damages on the pictures of the incident. I cannot afford the R27K or the R2K but I offered what is the cheapest.
