DRM was appointed by Outsurance to replace a burst geyser at my property, Authorization was obtained, payment was made, geyser was replace, and that is where it stopped. Since the replace of the Geyser I have extremely low pressure on my water inside the house. Have DRM and they committed to send someone to investigate. 2 Weeks later and I am still waiting for that someone, as they are to busy new installations / replacements that ensuring that what they have done aill fter installationnot recommend them to anyone as 2 weeks, and I might as well not have replaced the geyser as I can't use the shower that it is suppose to supply with hot water.
