Bad customer service
Bad customer service I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the recent work carried out by DRM Projects, as commissioned by OUTsurance, at our complex. Unfortunately, your actions have resulted in significant damage, including the disruption of my unit's underground cable and the fibre cable, as well as leaving our yard in a state of disarray with incomplete paving and excessive mud due to the recent rain. Regrettably, the DRM Projects has shown reluctance to take responsibility for these issues. I will now take this matter to the ombudsman since we are not reaching a common ground.

The most *********** staff member as skynet
I had a owner driver contract with skynet my first payment was due on the 15 February to my surprise I received far less amount went to their project manager to rectify and make the correct calculations and was send to a person responsible for payment ,two weeks later I am still taken from pillar to post

DRM Projects responded well to my complaints
I complained about Deivan Rust Projects (or DRM Projects). They finally came through, repaired my geyser, replaced components at their cost, and issued me a COC. So, I am satisfied by their response. Thank you DRM

DRM Projects responded well to my complaints
I complained about Deivan Rust Projects (or DRM Projects). They finally came through, repaired my geyser, replaced components at their cost, and issued me a COC. So, I am satisfied by their response. Thank you DRM

PLUMBERS MADE MESS NEW GEYSER INSTALLATION
Deivan Rust Maintenance (DRM) Projects - from Zambesi Country Estates in MONTANA - installed my new 200-litre Kwikot geyser on 24 September 2021. In the end: 1. They damaged the new element, resulting in Kwikot voiding the warranty. DRM did not replace the element. 2. DRM burned the new thermostat - requiring another new thermostat, but this resulted in Kwikot voiding the warranty also on this component. 3. Installed the components with a loose connection with the result that the one electric cable turned black due to heat, resulting in a fire danger to our house. 4. DRM did NOT not provide me with a Certificate of Compliance (as required SANS10254) to confirm installation in line with the SANS standard. This means I have no real warranty on the new geyser. To date DRM ignored all my e-mails (they were only quick to respond when they installed the new geyser) - and I would very strongly recommend that you stay very far away from these plumbers.

We provided a service for DRM Projects for 3 months. After constant excuses and false promises, it looks like we won't be paid by them at all. I would stay far away from this company.

Terrible company not trustworthy! They scam and steal
We provided a service for DRM Projects for 3 months. After constant excuses and false promises, it looks like we won't be paid by them at all. I would stay far away from this company.

Poor services, not intersting in fixing their mistakes.
DRM was appointed by Outsurance to replace a burst geyser at my property, Authorization was obtained, payment was made, geyser was replace, and that is where it stopped. Since the replace of the Geyser I have extremely low pressure on my water inside the house. Have DRM and they committed to send someone to investigate. 2 Weeks later and I am still waiting for that someone, as they are to busy new installations / replacements that ensuring that what they have done aill fter installationnot recommend them to anyone as 2 weeks, and I might as well not have replaced the geyser as I can't use the shower that it is suppose to supply with hot water.
