Poseidon Fishing Drone
This Glenn Schutte advertise Poseidon fishing drones in MaY for R15999. Iorder and pay for one on 7 June to be delivered in 14 days. Up to now nothing received. Contacting him numerous times,but all stories. He cant get the drone from suppliers. He cant get my money back,allthough he said he pay by PayPal. i suggest he supply me wiyh another type of drone still nothing. What must i do now?

Selling damaged goods
To Glenn Schutte I purchased a drone from you that came off your website the 31/05/2019, I received my package only on the 2/07/2019. 1st point - of packaging, box all broken. 2nd point- Your supplier in China sold me a drone that worked for a flew time. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK ASAP ! R1600.00 to be exact I find this grossly unfair that is not flying anymore. Im not happy about this as this, and the lack of service your supplier has given rubbish information etc. late, empty promises. 3 point - I might get some feedback here regarding as its fallen upon deaf ears with you. Glenn Schutte cell number 084 564 3899. He is based in Pretoria South Africa. Im in Johannesburg Roodepoort

<p>I ordered a drone from above company. After following up a week later after the Drone has not arrived I was informed that it is not a stock item and they ship from the supplier in Asia. After waiting another 3 weeks and missing the persons birthday which the present was intended for. I received a non-functioning device. Reported it the same day and since then (5 April) have been sent on a wild goose hunt. From having to send a video of the non working drone, to sending photos, to sending product SKU codes etc. etc. The owner (Glen) reads your messages and just ignores it. In his last response he claimed to have been ill and still haven't heard back from his supplier. If you want to be tricked out of money, be my guest. This review should be more than enough to convince anyone to not purchase from the thieves that claim to be local. Throwing T&C's means nothing if you can't back it up with customer service and delivery.</p>
