To whom it may concern, Re- account robynoliver47@gmail.com ORDER NUMBER 27089459 UID 11010709593 I paid R74 ZAR on the 7th of January 2025 . renewing my subscription, as per attachment B advising me that my subscription ends on the 6th of February 2025 and the same in my accounts when I log on to the website. However, I was only given till the 19th of January 2025 advising me my subscription will come to an end. I would like a full month subscription for the inconvenience caused, as we could not watch a thing, received a whats app message after almost 3 weeks of trying to get hold of a support agent to assist, and all I got from Willie Venter cell number 074 877 4314 telling me that I need to have patients and he is very busy attending to others and I must go and find support elsewhere. If I don’t get my way here, I will exploit this email on HeloPeter and bad mouth My Family Cinema and the technicians that work for them this will include Facebook and all social media platforms. Car Service City Horizon View works like babies. I took my bakkie in for a major service with parts and other sundries cost me R3778.99. They replaced the air filter with new, but I discovered that the aircon filter wasn't installed in is air filter housing correctly and one of the side plastic clips that supports the housing to close over the filter with *****s. I advised them of this via a call and via email telling them this. I wasn't even sent an apology over the phone nor an email. Just to send them the pictures of it. My daughter is only 11 years old could do a better job. I bought some Q - bond which cost me R90.00 and fixed it myself, and installed the air filter correctly, by doing it this way - by tightening the *****s didn't put in strain on any of the plastic side clips of the housing. Seems like if, it's not there's - they don't care how it fits. I will never make use of this Branch. Just hope other branches don't work like this. As I will not accept this type of Service from anyone.

I gave Farouk son (Zack R1700.00 cash on Monday night after he replaced my starter with his own and told me that the one that was in my bakkie was from a different model bakkie - 10/06/2024 to fix my TATTA Xenon as per his quote he gave me. Good day, Unfortunately, your FSO = Red networks wanted to charge me R450:00 TO MOVE THE ONT box, However I was not on site to inform them where I would like the box installed from the beginning, I even advised them to call me before they installed but they never did for some reason. They left the router and the ONT box on the floor – glad the moving company didn’t stand on it and break it, or even ***** it, Then I’ll be liable for is cost. Not sure what they INSTALLED. There is way too much down time. We have been on the network since April 2023 its now nearly November 2023. I have counted at lease several outages in that space of time. Rocket net is like headless sheep, not knowing half the time what their FSO is doing, not to mention not getting back timeously to their customers. 1. On the 10th of November 2023 at 10:57am you emailed me advising me an 8 ton truck would cost me R4900 and would come with 5 guys to assist me. 2. I was charged R4900 for an 8 ton truck and only three people came with – that included the driver As per the invoice you sent me after many corrections in getting the new address on the invoice 3. The truck was supposed to arrive at 9am on the 8th of April 2023 –and arrived 15min late. 4. My instructions to your guys were simple; remove all the furniture and boxes room for room. 5. They started loading outside stuff I asked them to load, and my bedroom would have been the last room. 6. They did not listen to my instruction; they loaded as many boxes that were not only located in the lounge but in other rooms. 7. I advised them right in the beginning to not touch my tool boxes I will take it to the premises in Robyn car. 8. It took the guys nearly 2 hour to load the truck, and when they got to our new premises not even 30 min to off load. 9. Everything was dumped in the small single garage we have next to the unit including our fridges and two chest freezers. 10. Later on that afternoon my 74 year old mother in-law and 80 year old friend had to dig out the freezer and fridge as all our meat and food was going off. 11. We all got stuck in that garage to get thigs packed correctly and looking for certain items, this included my 10 year old daughter. 12. My fridge never came, my queen size bed was never loaded either, amongst some of the things that should have been loaded in the first place, as I told the guys. We are assisting by moving as many boxes as we can. Im discussed in the amount we were quoted for. I received a quote during the course of that week before Hello Transporters & Logistics moved us. The quote for was R2500.00 per load and they are based in Krugersdorp. I was going to make use of this quote instead of Marks, as per my email advising him dated 28th of March that is was too expensive and to rather leave the entire deal. I reconsidered his quote as the company has insurance and this cheap one never did and had the amount of guys assisting us with the move, as the other quote was for only 3 guys. As a result I am still not able to find a box of Knives worth nearly R10.000.00 as almost all of them are imported and a few are very sentimental As I have searched high and low and convinced this box was probably taken to the front of the cab and hidden away. (This box was taken from my room to the truck) I will never recommend this company to any of my work colleagues or friends, the worst experience I have ever had. I think this should be exploited on social media for all to see. Very Unprofessional and Very Disappointed in using this company.
