Lost items and broken items
The worst parking assistance ever, they don’t communicate as well. It’s been a week trying to get my ****** things that were in the car. They used my car for personal use and even stole items that were in the car. I left my car chargers and a watch, I even found a broken glass in the car. Everything in my car was rearranged, you could see that they were fiddling with my stuff. I have been trying to communicate with them and sending them follow up emails but they don’t seem to care to respond.

Lost items and broken items
The worst parking assistance ever, they don’t communicate as well. It’s been a week trying to get my ****** things that were in the car. They used my car for personal use and even stole items that were in the car. I left my car chargers and a watch, I even found a broken glass in the car. Everything in my car was rearranged, you could see that they were fiddling with my stuff. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE
THIS COMPANY USES YOUR CAR WHILE YOU IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE PARKED!! I HAD 137KMS USED WHILE I WAS AWAY FOR A WEEK. MY TANK WAS ONLY ON HALF WHEN I RECEIVED THE CAR AFTER HAVING LEFT IT THERE WITH A JUST BELOW FULL TANK. THEY THEREFORE STOLE FUEL OUT OF MY TANK AS WELL, THE PETROL TANK FLAP WAS ALSO MALFUNCTIONING WHEN I GOT MY CAR, THEY MUST HAVE TRIED TO JIMMY THE LOCK OR SOMETHING. MY CAR WAS DIRTY INSIDE, THE PASSANGER SEAT WAS ALL THE WAY BACK AND THE SEAT BELT WAS FULL OF SOME GREASY SUBSTANCE. THE PANEL THAT HOLDS THE SEATBELT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE HAD BEEN REMOVED FOR WHAT REASON I DON'T KNOW. MY JACK WAS ALSO LYING IN THE BOOT, SO WHAT THEY USED THAT FOR REMAINS A MISTERY. LONG STORY SHORT, DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE ALSO AFFILIATED TO PARK TO FLY SO DON'T USE THEM EITHER!! CRAIG MICHAELS IS THE 'MANAGER' WHO PROMISES TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND NEVER DOES A THING. I HAVE SENT EMAILS AND PHONED HIM REPEATEDLY BUT ALL I GET IS FALSE PROMISES.

Dropnpickparking at OR Tambo
My experience with Dropnpickparking at OR Tambo airport 1) It took more than 40 min to get my car returned to me. 2) The car inside now smells of smoke (it stinks) 3) They used my car and drove 274km (in their add they say that they are located 3.5 km from OR Tambo) (do have photos to prove this – taken when I left the car and when it was returned) 4) Used all my petrol and then late Sunday night they put in R50 petrol (do have a copy of slip left in the car) I then had to re-fill my car to pay for your trips!!!!! 5) The Driver did not have an invoice or receipt when I paid. 6) He did not have change as I had to pay cash as he did not have a machine. He then left without giving my change and before I could check the car – he ran away!!! 7) They stole my GPS mounting device which was mounted below the rearview mirror. 8) They stole my cell phone charger and cable. 9) They, to date have not returned any of my 20 or more calls and e-mails. This has been by far my worst experience ever with parking at OR Tambo. The total abuse of my car is not acceptable. Why ACSA allow them to operate is a mystery. Please do not risk this happening to you – do not use them!
