The worst parking assistance ever, they don’t communicate as well. It’s been a week trying to get my ****** things that were in the car. They used my car for personal use and even stole items that were in the car. I left my car chargers and a watch, I even found a broken glass in the car. Everything in my car was rearranged, you could see that they were fiddling with my stuff. I have been trying to communicate with them and sending them follow up emails but they don’t seem to care to respond.
Since last year November to date I have been struggling with my cass mark and final mark. My results are not showing on my student portal and they careless. I wrote my exam with a clueless cass mark, even when I had to write my exam I was not on the list. I had to get a permission slip to write. I have logged tickets, calling the campus, emailing and even visited the campus several times from Rustenburg to Sandton with nothing concrete feedback, asking for my transcript and letter of completion. My final result were calculated manually, I returned home with no clear evidence that I had passed, nothing in black and white. My matter has been escalating since last year, on Friday still I was told my matter has been escalated. It is really sad because it is delaying me to apply for a job, I have missed three job opportunities that I could’ve applied for, unfortunately I do not have the necessary documents to apply. Last week when I came to the campus I was told I was not enrolled to the school but I had paid every cent required of me. And I was told I will be enrolled and I will be able to see my marks after 72hours til date nothing happened. Varsity College has the poorest service ever for the amount we are paying in that school, it’s really bad. They will tell you it’s the new system, of which a system is controlled by a human being. It has costed me jobs. It would be my pleasure if I get assisted with this matter. I wish the way they call us when we owe them, they would give us the same service.
