Skynet and Droppa worst service!!

The worst service ever!! I paid for an Express service, my parcel is still in my possession even though it was registered to be collected yesterday. It's 15:27 and the agents keep saying the driver will call. They then go silent and don't take any accountability. This is a paid service not a favour. The less said about Skynet courier assigned the job better!!
