Poor Service Dros Middelburg Mpumalanga

Myself my wife and child went to Dros tonight the service was quite bad maby short stafed as the service is quite good regularly. We are regular customers at Dros but tonight was different we arrived at the reception as there was no one to assist we then decided to go in ourselves and wait for a waiter eventually the waiter came with the drinks menu only no food menu we ordered and waited 10 min for service. We eventually ordered food I was very upset when my Beef and Turf was a very small portion for R250 my wife ordered panco prawn x 2 , cheesy snails and a pizza for our child the panco prawns arrived but no snails another 10 min passed and the snails finally arrived. Our table was not cleaned old glasses were left on the table and not removed. Taking all of this in consideration I still paid a Tip to the waiter the total amount was R824.25 and I paid R864.00 I called the manager and all he could say is sorry before we left.

I honestly hope that the owner takes action and ramp up the service as they will lose customers.
