Rude floor Manager
We were at Dros Middelburg when we had a very unpleasant service from the Floor Manager .Whom he gave us an attitude and when we asked what is it that we have done wrong .He told us that he is making us a favour by us being there.We were very offended because how is he doing us a favour while paying.I hope Dros Middelburg sorts their management out for success of the business

Rude floor Manager
We were at Dros Middelburg when we had a very unpleasant service from the Floor Manager .Whom he gave us an attitude and when we asked what is it that we have done wrong .He told us that he is making us a favour by us being there.We were very offended because how is he doing us a favour while paying.I hope Dros Middelburg sorts their management out for success of the business

Stinking attitude from the floor managet Mandla
Dros Middelburg needs to give an advanced managerial training to their so called manager Mandla, yesterday we received a stinking attitude from him only because we asked how far is our order after waiting for a long time. The gut and the nerve for him to say he's making us a favor to be there was just another level of disrespect, we ended not having our meals at the restaurant and asked for takeaways because we were not gonna tolerate his attitude. Other Ronny the waiter saved the day with his excellent service no matter how frustrated we were.

We just came here to celebrate a pregnant colleague ordered our drinks den later our meals But the meals took a long time even starters not received Now we query how far is our order the stupid floor manager just comes to us and say he is told we are angry and we say we not angry we just enquired as we have been waiting for long Mandla said he is making us a favor by being here as if we are not paying for our food Bad service and attitude received from Mandla unacceptable and we are very unhappy Rodney serviced us very wonderful but as for the Mandla we ended up making take aways as we have lost our appetite

Poor Service Dros Middelburg Mpumalanga
Myself my wife and child went to Dros tonight the service was quite bad maby short stafed as the service is quite good regularly. We are regular customers at Dros but tonight was different we arrived at the reception as there was no one to assist we then decided to go in ourselves and wait for a waiter eventually the waiter came with the drinks menu only no food menu we ordered and waited 10 min for service. We eventually ordered food I was very upset when my Beef and Turf was a very small portion for R250 my wife ordered panco prawn x 2 , cheesy snails and a pizza for our child the panco prawns arrived but no snails another 10 min passed and the snails finally arrived. Our table was not cleaned old glasses were left on the table and not removed. Taking all of this in consideration I still paid a Tip to the waiter the total amount was R824.25 and I paid R864.00 I called the manager and all he could say is sorry before we left. I honestly hope that the owner takes action and ramp up the service as they will lose customers.

DROS MIDDELBURG YOU ARE THE BEST
EXCELLENT SERVICE. We had our first romantic dinner at DROS about a month ago. What an awesome experience. Excellent food, and awesome atmosphere, GREAT SERVICE AND VERY VERY TASTY FOOD. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DROS MIDDELBURG.

DROS MIDDELBURG YOU ARE THE BEST
EXCELLENT SERVICE. We had our first romantic dinner at DROS about a month ago. What an awesome experience. Excellent food, and awesome atmosphere, GREAT SERVICE AND VERY VERY TASTY FOOD. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DROS MIDDELBURG.

Disgusting, overpriced food
I had the disgusting pleasure of ordering from Dros Secunda last night via MR D food. I am extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with the food I received. I ordered x 2 Rump steaks with chips and onion rings (and x 2 tasteless sauces). 1 x 200g and 1 x 500g. Both of these steaks were completely tasteless and chewy. I paid almost R400 for the meals and I would really like my money back as myself and my wife barely ate half of our meals and threw away the rest. To add insult to injury, the chips portions were pathetic. Overpriced plate of food that was definitely NOT worth it!

Great stuff
Went there for dinner last night. Reception was excellent. Food was first class. Service was great and friendly. Manager came twice to see if we are happy. Owner came herself to see if everthing is in order. All and all it was great.
