We just came here to celebrate a pregnant colleague ordered our drinks den later our meals But the meals took a long time even starters not received Now we query how far is our order the stupid floor manager just comes to us and say he is told we are angry and we say we not angry we just enquired as we have been waiting for long Mandla said he is making us a favor by being here as if we are not paying for our food Bad service and attitude received from Mandla unacceptable and we are very unhappy Rodney serviced us very wonderful but as for the Mandla we ended up making take aways as we have lost our appetite
My cars battery was flat this morning contacted miway and I got through to Teboho Moloi who assisted me fast and with ease. Also did a follow up to check if everything went well and the car didn't give me any problems again. Really appreciated the service he rendered to me ππΎππΎ
I ordered on the app/kiosk inside kfc in highveld mall the staff deleted my order on their screen requested a slip from me which I did not even see I saw a message with order number according to her I am supposed to know that I need to submit the slip to her Okay pass that the wings I ordered were horrible not fresh they tasted like they were made last week couldn't even eat them had to throw them away What a waste of my money there

I made labye in Middelburg mall on 21 oct made 2nd payment on the 20th of November yesterday de 14th I came to collect was advised store room is a mess I must come back today the 15th @8 then to my surprise laybye is missing they will check for me in other shops whereas I told them I am going somewhere need de clothes Manager Pule not seeing anything rong with this I just need to realize they know it's their mistake and they acknowledge their mmistake nje mina I should understand. I joined affinity health for my parents since they did not have any medical aid Premium were paid up to date In November I lost my mom on a car accident they I informed them since I took combined plan(medical and funeral) Claim was paid for my mom with no problems Now In August I lost my dad called them to claim again they say it was taken away from January apparently a letter was sent to me which I don't recall receiving The premiums I was paying was still the same but the funeral benefit was taken away Can I please be refunded the extra premium I was paying since I joined a combined plan not only medical we struggled financially for the funeral yet we had ac policy
On Friday September 24 me and my sister went into the store (Middelburg Mpumalanga) to buy some of the stuff advertised on special of which we didn't find, OUT OF Stock as usual. Fine we bought few other stuff and paid pushed the trolley down and the does were already closed While the guards were still checking our slip comparing what we have on the trolley 1 of the staff members pushed a trolley down to where we are standing and the trolley hit me I turned around to check who did that apparently no one saw who pushed the trolley I insisted on seeing the footage of who exactly did that Erick Seil and Dimpho said they are checking the footage to my surprise they decided to cut the footage and only captured the trolley rolling down not showing who pushed it meaning they are hiding that person I told them if that person just said hey it was me I apologize for that it would have been enough over and done with but now the staff the management decided to be rude to us and just said "K trolley hit you so what?" The attitude in them was so bad I am so ****ed in a way that I am suing for customer liability. From what I know a customer is always right. Only relevant people have to deal with customer complaints and queries but hey not at Boxer Middelburg Even a apology from them or Any1 from head office is no longer enough for me Being treated as if I went there to steal and not buy irritates the hell out of me
I would like to thank the following people from nedbank Middelburg branch in mpumalanga *Ocean Madiseng *Nelly *Thembi who assisted me and my dad with compassion and did update us on a daily basis to make sure what we came in for in the branch was done at the end of the day We lost my mom in November so we wanted to close her accounts, they assisted us very well understanding my dad's situation as he is currently blind and can't walk distances and not comfortable in new places They put their selves in our shoes and treated our situation with the urgency it was I Thank you ladies keep up the great work you are doing it didn't go unnoticed by the Dlamini family
