Lady by name of Mariam there employee had No name tags on had to ask for a name for reference, made me feel like a ******** while I placed an order via the Kiosk didn't receive the sms on my phone but I paid and a receipt of payment was provided on the Kiosk, Yet the store said they couldn't trace my transaction and order while clearly I had the receipt of purchase and my bank confirmed the transaction went through, your Employees where unprofessional in handling this matter. I even told them my order number was "2051" which was the Dunked Box meal and your new Burger nice bite meal, but still they where relanted to assist me, just sort of shove me off as a nuisance. The issue still remains I haven't received or collected that order and still I have there receipt issued by the Kiosk machine and proof of purchase from my bank, their response was due to that my transaction was written pending on my banking app as I was trying to reason with them I then called my bank they confirmed the transaction went through despite my app information but they couldn't find the order or payment transaction on the system. I was then Force to spend additional funds to eat somewhere else as the service was no more exceptable.

Went to KFC at highveld mall yesterday and the service I got there was unacceptable,so I decided to buy on the store Kiosk cause I was in a hurry to go somewhere else because there was only one cashier working,when I came back there was still one cashier working and the other workers were just going up and down without assisting us to get our orders...we stood there for more than 20mins for someone to finally assist which was the cashier the others were in that little office not giving a damn that the store is busy.....this is truly unacceptable then people are going to complain that they are unemployed in South Africa while they are lazy to work when they find jobs nxa,I'll never ever sat foot in that nightmare of a store!!!!!!

I ordered on the app/kiosk inside kfc in highveld mall the staff deleted my order on their screen requested a slip from me which I did not even see I saw a message with order number according to her I am supposed to know that I need to submit the slip to her Okay pass that the wings I ordered were horrible not fresh they tasted like they were made last week couldn't even eat them had to throw them away What a waste of my money there
