I'm writing this email with great sadness cause of the service and lack of unsafety of your ATMs and banking app... In 2022 around August some withdraw my whole salary from my account without my knowledge,I was told to open a case of ***** but nothing or none got back to me 3years later still nothing?!! That's why I decided to just move my salary to the safer bank which I won't mention but I'll rather pay unreasonable bank charges but I sleep better at night knowing that my money is safe... I'll advise you to beef up your security or else you'll lose alot of customers,and please stop selling us the wrong information about how much your bank is cause it's the most unless one ever!!!!
I would really like to compliment Delin and Nozipho for the wonderful service I received over the phone especially Delin it's people like you that know what customer service is and that's why I have changed my mind and gonna continue being a loyal customer to Nedbank cause of your service, I've never even gotten service like this even at the Branch itself...Nedbank call center agents are the best maybe does who assist me in the passed days could learn a thing or two from this Lady and Gentlemen, Great Job Well Done 👏🔥
Went to KFC at highveld mall yesterday and the service I got there was unacceptable,so I decided to buy on the store Kiosk cause I was in a hurry to go somewhere else because there was only one cashier working,when I came back there was still one cashier working and the other workers were just going up and down without assisting us to get our orders...we stood there for more than 20mins for someone to finally assist which was the cashier the others were in that little office not giving a damn that the store is busy.....this is truly unacceptable then people are going to complain that they are unemployed in South Africa while they are lazy to work when they find jobs nxa,I'll never ever sat foot in that nightmare of a store!!!!!!
Went to Jet clothing highveld mall (Witbank) on the 29th of May and what I got there was unacceptable having 3 staff members in the store.There wasn't anyone helping customers on the floor when we need sizes only to find out that one person is by the door and 2 are cashiers and the lines were worst then PicknPay,how can a big store like Jet only have 3 staff members working on a public holiday??knowing very well that lots of people are not working?!This is truly unacceptable,I ended up leaving that store empty handed and the heat yoh no guys the Aircons were off😡🥵 that wasn't a great customer experience.
I really don't know where to start but,I've always heard about how terrible of a customer service Game Highveld Mall in Witbank has,today I experienced it myself by just wanting a simple email address of the store.I was given the run around like a mad person from one manager to the next and to customer service,I don't want to talk about does two ladies the only thing they know is to talk to much...why are you guys paying does people if they can't assist customers?many people don't have jobs but yet,you have people sitting around and talking nonsense while there's customers in the store....I'm very angry and disappointed,I'll never ever sat foot in that store no wander many Game store's have closed down it's because of the workers.As a Manager myself I don't let customers walk out of the store unhappy,training is really needed and that store must just close down once and for All....!!!!!!!!cause it has unless staff
I'm more than the word upset cause yesterday I waited in a long line outside with my sick daughter and ended up not being helped cause other people don't care,why do you work at the doctor's office if you not welling to help a sick child with medical aid?I had to turn away from the doctors office and go back home with my sick daughter cause none wanted to help me...!!!!What has this country turned too huh?!I'm sure if I was white they would have helped me at the best way possible nxa!!!!
I'm truly and mostly upset with the service of steers at Highveld Mall,I truly understand that most retail working people are tired but to show it to customers it's unacceptable...I waited in line for 20mins while the store wasn't that busy and the staff are busy talking to each other,we'll I placed an order online to avoid to waste time collecting my order and when I opened my meal it was like someone ate it and put it back in the box,with no sources very dry!!!!the way I was so angry I just gave the food to one of the car guards
Morning I must say that I’m disappointed in the service I’m getting from Cell****ook out a new contract with them via the phone and it was approved but the nightmare began when the phone was delivered, the wrong colour was delivered and there wasn’t a watch with the unit as advertised buy Cellc….cause after taking out the contract I went to a Cellc store near me to look at the phone if it was just what I wanted and yes it was,even took a picture of the leaflet cause I was scared that I’m not gonna get what I’m paying for….had to call Cellc to come and get the phone a couple of times with no assist, was even given a case number after I called last week Monday after the phone was delivered,I’m the one who’s suppose to be doing all the follow ups which isn’t fair and very frustrating.I’ll be losing some of the benefits which come with the phone which is the Bluetooth speaker and this deal ends on the 10!!!! I need this to be sorted before I start losing it,It’s long overdue that I’m sitting with a unit that I can’t even use…. I should have taken the contract with the store cause all of this delaying wouldn’t be happening!!!!!
I’m so disappointed in the service I got at cash crusaders klipfontein in Witbank bought an iPhone 6s last week Friday and I was told it was a brand new phone but all of a sudden the battery is doesn’t last even 4hours even on battery saving mode...all I want is for them to give me a brand new phone as promised and I’m not welling to waste my petrol and go back there they need to make sure that I get my that phone before course what they doing it’s false advertising and giving customers false advice
Worst experience I have ever received went into a Drip footwear store at Highveld Mall to go collect my friends shoes,I got there the guys were doing they own thing then when I asked Manual Bhutelezi damn the attitude was the worst he shouted at me that some of the people that were passing started looking at me,I really don’t know how you train your guys on customer service that store doesn’t even have a damn manager how is that possible?!someone needs to sort this out before it gets out of hand,if this continues Drip will lose alot of customers and I’m the first never going back to that store again even if you paid me....the customer service is disgusting
