Shocking Billing Incompetence and Charges for X-rays

Disgusting Billing Services!!

I am disgusted at the incompetence of Dr van Rensburg & Partners Radiology services in handling my account before a proper check was made.

Within a day, you started threatening legal action without giving the patient any notice beforehand to respond.

All documents from the referring doctor's note to authorisation and co-payment were made before I went for a scan at Flora Hospital!

Besides having to pay a co-payment on top of this, it is shocking to see what is charged for simple X-rays by your company.

I give them 0 stars

It's not the first time either...
