Staff attitude

we received a horrible experience from the staff, we were in the queue and there was no attendance from the staff. Then another patient walked and she was immediately asked if she was assisted and what was her file number.......like do have a system in place for patients or? she provided the file number and she was getting attention while were waiting there unattended. The guy working there alerted Constance who seems to be a manager there and she screamed across the room asking me what was my problem. Was the staff even taken to customer care training?
